NC State’s ROTC Color Guard presents the colors during a wreath-laying ceremony held on Saturday, Sept. 11, to remember alumnus Lt. Cmdr. Eric Cranford and the thousands of others who died in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Interim Chancellor Robert Barnhardt told attendees, “We will not forget their sacrifice.”
