Visitor's Center on the Way

The E. Carroll Joyner Visitor Center and Advancement Services Building, under construction at the corner of Western Boulevard and Varsity Drive, will be the site of a “topping out” ceremony at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17. A topping out ceremony is typically held when the last steel beam is put into place. The center, shown above through an artist’s rendering, will be the first stop for prospective student tours and other visitors to campus.
