Room Reservation Forms

Request to Reserve A Room

Reservation forms must be completed and signed along with the Regulations form by an organization representative for ALL events. The sponsoring organization’s adviser must sign both the Reservation Form and the Regulations Form for all social events, including parties. The African American Cultural Center (AACC) reserves the right to deem an event a social event according to the characteristics of the event. * If you need further assistance or have questions please contact AACC Reservations at 919.515.1396.

Reservation requests should be made AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE and please allow two business days for the AACC to process your reservation request. Thank you for your support and collaboration.
