IMPORTANT DATES

February 13, 2009
Each participating school will provide their conference submissions (list of presenters, contact information and abstracts) to the ACC Conference host. The submission forms will be emailed to the institutional representatives on January 9, 2009.  Representatives should submit two (2) poster presenters and four (4) oral presenters.  Note that exhibits or models must be displayed during the poster sessions and, for that reason, are considered in the category of poster presentations.

March 13, 2009
Last day to submit conference participant questionnaires; last day to register for hotel rooms at conference prices.
