Information Services
North Carolina State University's Information Services provides computer access to Advance™ for many constituencies across campus. This department develops rules, training and operating practices for university entities and evaluates the level of security needed to safeguard the integrity of the data. Information Services generates monthly fund-raising reports, as well as ad hoc reports requested by the Colleges and Divisions across campus. Information Services also receives data from both internal and external sources and reviews it before it is added into the Advance™ database. These procedures ensure that the database continues to maintain a high level of accuracy.
