The Textile and Apparel, Technology and Management Department offers students in the School of Design opportunity to take a minor in either Apparel Technology or Textile Technology. These minors benefit students from the School of Design allowing them to explore design principles using textile and apparel mediums. Students also have opportunity to use state-of-the-art computer aided design systems as part of the minor. The Apparel Technology Minor consists of 15 hours or 5 classes. Students must take the following 4 required courses and 2 elective courses from the electives list. A grade of 'C' or better is required in all courses used toward the minor.
