Please go to "Carmichael Complex" for all information regarding the daily operation (recreational swimming, pool hours, water quality, hiring of lifeguards, etc) of the Willis R. Casey Aquatics Center.
This site is for the academic aquatic programs that are offered at N. C. State University. The mission of the academic aquatic program at N.C. State is to ensure that students are able to participate and learn a variety of aquatic activities that can enrich their lives.
Special events will be webcast by the Physical Education Department. Announcements regarding webcasts will be posted on this page approximately 2 weeks before the webcast. At various times, random webcasts will be conducted to ensure that our system is working correctly.Please note that you need to have the quicktime player on your computer to receive the webcast.
We need feedback on the webcast so that we can continue to improve both the reliability and quality. Please email us by clicking "Larry Brown " and offer your suggestions.
Please note if you are having image quality problems with your computer: We normally have a smaller image size which makes it clearer but have increased the size to 400 X 320 because of the number of requests for a larger image.
If you can see the picture but it is too fuzzy you could open quicktime, click on "file", then click on"Open Movie" and type in http://aquanut.ncsu.edu/redandwhite.mov.
Then go to movie and click on "half size" and it will be a smaller picture but clearer.
