Edward Reid

Edward Reid came to North Carolina State University as a student athlete in 1986. He started working for ASPSA in 1991 part time monitoring study hall and the computer lab. Since that time, he has continued to work in numerous roles. After working a number of years as the tutorial coordinator, Ed accepted new responsibilities as the LAN administrator in 2002, and as an academic coordinator in 2005. In 2006, Ed was named to the Assistant Director position.

Ed is married to Angela, and they have two children, Jordan and Mason.

Get to know Edward:

- His three favorite movies of all time are The Godfather, Shaft and The Color Purple.
- His 3 favorite CD's are Kemistry (Kem), Songs In The Key Of Life(Stevie Wonder) and What's Going On (Marvin Gaye).
- The last book he read was Sundown Towns by James Lowen
- When he retires, Ed plans to work for the transportation department, cutting grass on the interstate while listening to his IPod.
