Joseph Rehter Joe comes to ASPSA as an intern working with football Before arriving at NC State, Joe did his undergraduate work at SUNY - Cortland. From there, he headed to Marshall University were he earned his Masters degree in Sports Management.. He has worked in marketing, academic support and compliance before coming to Raleigh. In his free time, Joe enjoys reading and a nice round of golf at the Lonnie Poole Course on Cenntinal Campus.
