Application including letters of recommendation, must be received by the University Honors Program Office (219 Clark Hall) no later than 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 14th. Note minimum requirements imposed by the Beckman Foundation and are not negotiable.

The following documents are in MS Word fillable-form. Please download them, complete on a computer using a font size no less than 12 point. You may then submit your application by e-mail to larry_blanton@ncsu.edu, or you may print the documents and bring or mail to 219 Clark Hall.
