Governor Signs Executive Order 20 to Restrict Spending
On Friday, July 24, 2009, Gov. Bev Perdue signed Executive Order 20, restricting state spending to ensure a balanced budget while legislators work to finalize a budget for the 2009-10 fiscal year.
