Food that feeds the mind and body

Whether you want to avoid the usual freshman 15, are a wrestler looking for 6,000 calories a day or a vegan on a lactose-free diet — NC State offers plenty of dining and food options to give you the nutrition and type of foods you crave.

At NC State, if you’re hungry, you won’t be for long. We take the guesswork out of eating so you can focus on your studies and the fun that make life at NC State so rewarding. Explore the many University Dining locations below and online for more information about the food you’ll find waiting when the hunger pangs hit.

All University Dining locations are conveniently situated on campus and are mindful of modern health and dietary concerns. Menus range from home cooking to fountain and grill favorites, café cuisine, deli sandwiches, international dishes and more. Grab a bite between classes from one of the quick service eateries, or fill up at all-you-can eat dining halls. Enjoy a meal at familiar fast-food chains or specialty cafes. And if you have time to linger, relax with a coffee at one of our coffee bars.

Case of the munchies? Convenience stores are located throughout campus for late-night snacks and meals on-the-run. All locations accept cash or the AllCampus Card for payment and many are included in NC State meal plans.

The dietician is in

All NC State University Dining menus are prepared with the help of a registered dietician skilled in planning low-calorie and low-fat options as well as allergy-tolerant menus. And if you still have questions, contact the NC State dietician and schedule a consultation. It’s free and a great way to help keep you eating healthy and in control of your nutrition.
