Overall wellness can positively impact your NC State experience and success. It is the mission of the Campus Recreation Fitness/Wellness Program to encourage members of the university community to live a healthier lifestyle by providing a variety of quality classes and workshops that educate, motivate and stimulate physical and mental growth in a comfortable and enthusiastic atmosphere. Our objective is to offer essential knowledge and energy to all participants so that they may set and achieve personal fitness goals at their own level.
