Our personal training program allows you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a ACE-certified personal trainer to develop a fitness program specifically designed to meet your needs and interests. A personal trainer will assist you by teaching, guiding, and inspiring you to achieve your fitness goals.
- All payments must be received before service is rendered.
- All-Campus ID Card is required when attending each session.
- The first session of a package with a new client will be a fitness assessment conducted by the personal trainer.
- All personal training packages will have a 4-month expiration date from the time purchased. All unused sessions will be forfeited.
- Refunds will only be given for cancellations based on medical reasons. A medical notice will be required.
- There is no penalty if cancellations are made by 5:00 pm the previous business day for personal training and fitness assessment appointments. Failure to show-up to a scheduled appointment or tardiness of 10 minutes or more will result in forfeiture of one appointment or session.
- Sessions must take place at the Carmichael Recreation Center or the Carmichael Gymnasium.
- Personal Trainers that are not current employees of Campus Recreation are prohibited from conducting personal training in the Carmichael Complex.
- A session “no show” counts as a session serviced and will be charged to the client.
