A vaild all-Campus ID Card must be brought when registering for class.
Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

HATHA YOGA (Session 1 and 2): Hatha Yoga uses physical poses or asanas, breathing techniques or pranayama in order to bring the body in perfect health and for more subtle spiritual elements of the mind to emerge freely.  Enroll in this class to broaden your yoga experience.

MAT PILATES (Session 1 and 2): Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.  Experience a new way to get in shape and compliment your fitness training program.
