Free Blood Pressure and Body Fat Screenings
Check your blood pressure and know your number. Free screenings on Nov 9 from 12-2 pm. Register at the Fitness Suite, Carmichael Recreation Center, 2nd floor.
Note: You must be a member of the Carmichael Complex to register and utilize services and should present your All-Campus ID card at the time of receiving service and purchasing.
GROUP FITNESS CLASS POLICIES:
- 10-minute rule: Participants may enter a class up to ten minutes after the scheduled start time. Entrance in prohibited after ten minutes ensuring that all participants arrive early enough to become sufficiently warmed up for the more vigorous parts of the class. Please respect this rule and the instructor when he/she enforces it.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that the group fitness schedule is subject to change. Each group fitness class offered must have 3 or more participants for 3 consecutive weeks or the class will be taken off the schedule for the remainder of the semester.
