Use this feature to invite specific students to apply for your job postings and on-campus interviews, attend your information session, or visit your booth at a career fair. Tips for successful searches

• Include a variety of majors in your search.
• Be flexible about GPA: consider all accomplishments.
• Recruit summer interns and co-ops as a means of cultivating future full-time hires.
• Internships: consider freshmen through seniors.
• Jobs: include May, summer and December graduates.
• Use the keyword search when seeking a specific skill across several majors.
