FACULTY/STAFF
All current permanent full-time faculty/staff members are eligible to purchase a membership. Temporary employees are not eligible to purchase a gym membership.
Patrons must have an All Campus ID with the Faculty/Staff designation. Campus IDs that say "Employee" are for temporary employees and will not be accepted.
Faculty/Staff members have two choices for membership:
Rates
- Full Service- $20 a month ($240 per year): Includes locker, lock, clothing check-out, equipment check-out and and racquetball court reservation privileges.
- Access Only- $15 a month ($180 per year): Use of the facility and daily lockers only.
Faculty/Staff members have two payment options:
- Pre-Pay: Member pre-pays for entire gym fee for one year. This fee is non-refundable.
- Payroll Deduction: Payroll deductions
do not automatically expire and are valid until the member
initiates cancellation. Carmichael Complex cannot cancel the
memberships. Members should contact the Payroll Office for
more information.
The member pre-pays for 1 or 2 months, depending on date they apply. After the 7th of the month, the deduction will not come out until the next month's check therefore requiring 2 months prepayment. This option is only available to permanent faculty and staff members that are paid monthly by the university.
