Equipment Checkout for Students

All fee-paying students are eligible for equipment checkout while using Carmichael Complex. A valid All-Campus ID must be presented in order to check out any Equipment Room item(s), as well as returning the item(s).

· Equipment is available for daily checkout ONLY and any item(s) must be returned no later than the end of the day it is checked out.

· Any student who fails to return borrowed item(s) at the end of the night will have a message placed on his/her account within the following 48 hours. This message will appear when their All-Campus ID is scanned upon entering the gym. The individual will then be notified that they need to return these items.

· After a period of two weeks, the student will be charged if he/she has not yet returned borrowed equipment.

· Any fees resulting from lost or missing equipment should be handled in the Membership Services Office, room 2012 of Carmichael Gymnasium.
