All fee-paying students are considered full-service members
of the Carmichael Complex and are eligible to check out clothing
for the semester, beginning on the first day of that semester.
Students will receive a receipt showing that what they checked
out and how to return it.
Students checking out clothing in the Fall semester who are returning for the Spring semester are NOT required to turn in clothing at the end of the Fall semester. The deadline for clothing return for these students is MAY 15. The Fall semester is the only one in which clothing may be checked out for two consecutive academic periods.
Students checking out clothing in the Fall semester who are NOT returning for the Spring semester should turn in their clothing NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 15!
Students checking out clothing at the beginning of the Spring semester should turn clothing in NO LATER THAN MAY 15!
Students checking out clothing in either Summer Session I or Summer Session II must return their clothing NO LATER THAN AUGUST 8!
Please note that students who fail to meet the aforementioned
deadlines will be charged for clothing not returned in order
to purchase replacement items for subsequent semesters.
