Player Agent
The Player Agents are responsible for customer service at Play Central in the main lobby of the Rec Center, telephone calls and facility usage tracking, membership application processing and process payment via the cash register. They are also responsible for overseeing the activities throughout the Carmichael Complex and providing information concerning the use of the facilities
- Serving customers at counter to include disseminating facility information, answering questions about guidelines and opportunities.
- Following all guidelines for the sale of memberships and usage of cash register. Entering all membership database information and researching problems when appropriate.
