Customer Service Sub-Committee
The Customer Service sub-committee is considered a peer committee of the CCEI (campus calendar and email initiatives) coordinating team. The expectation is that they will provide customer orientated feedback and guidance to the coordinating team.
Charge:
- Craft the specifications of email and calendaring functionality.
- Provide guidance regarding the questions and information we need to gather from focus groups and on the campus-wide survey.
- Identify specific groups or people that we need to include in the focus groups.
- Help review / prioritize the resulting proposed solutions.
- Review the inventory survey data and provide recommendations towards the outcome of the proposed solutions.
- Assist in writing the recommendations that move forward to the UIT.

The Technical sub-committee is a service committee of both the coordinating and customer service committees.

Charge:
- Develop solution proposals based on identified customer requirements and functionality.
- Research cost points associated with solution proposals.
- Crafting technical specifications as appropriate.
- Proposals will need to include impact on existing computing environment and customers, training, infrastructure, deployment and ongoing support.
