Restoring the Musician

The doodle was orginally done in a variety of media: pen, marker, colored pencil in a regular sketch pad. Then I drew a grid over it to enlarge it onto a coffee table. After that the drawing got tacked up behind a number of others out in the workshop. You can see by looking closely at the edges of the unrestored version [I hope I don't have to tell you that image on the left is the original and the image on the right is the restored image] that it had suffered a good deal of damage. I scanned it and then worked on it in Photoshop to restore it. I like the result -- but it was VERY labor intensive!
