Bill
Jordan is currently Professor of Communication, teaching in the
area of Public and Interpersonal Communication. His teaching emphases
are in the areas of Persuasion Theory, Communication Theory, and
Rhetorical Theory. His research interests center on language and
communication effects with implications for the merging of rhetorical
and social scientific orientations.
Dr.
Jordan joined NC State in 1984 as Department Head and stepped up
to full-time teaching in 1995. He presently serves as Chair of the
Public and Interpersonal Concentration for the Department.
