I am a sixth grade social studies teacher at Martin Middle School in Raleigh, North Carolina. I will complete my Master's Degree in Middle Grades, Social Studies in June 2001. I have taught for 13 years.

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. I have been in education for 33 years, believe passionately in curriculum integration and do research in Russian education.
