I am a sixth grade social studies teacher at Martin Middle School
in Raleigh, North Carolina. I will complete my Master's Degree
in Middle Grades, Social Studies in June 2001. I have taught for
13 years.
I am an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and
Instruction. I have been in education for 33 years, believe passionately
in curriculum integration and do research in Russian education.
I have a big curriculum integration project planned for fall 2001

I am a 9-12 grade English Resource teacher at Needham B. Broughton
High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have been teaching special
needs students for five years and am planning a major move to
Boston, MA and finally marrying my long time love in July 2001.
I am pursuing my masters in education and will be certified to
teach language arts to grades six through nine. I hope to begin
student teaching in 2002, and look forward to a rewarding career
in North Carolina middle schools.

I am the Director of the Center for Learning Technologies in the
NC State College of Education. I have been an educator since 1975
and my great interests are middle school, science education, multicultural
diversity, and technology adoption by teachers. I enjoy making

My career goal in education is to make learning relevant for my
students through curriculum integration.
I am a middle grades business education teacher in Wake Forest,
