Public School OUTREACH |
| Request an OUTREACH Visit | Humanities Extension/Publications' Public School OUTREACH program sends College of Humanities and Social Sciences faculty members into the public school classrooms of North Carolina to make presentations on topics requested by school teachers.
Social studies, language arts, healthful living, communication skills, dialect awareness, and related subjects are OUTREACH topics. Ask for a specific topic, such as expository writing, the Civil War, Chaucer, aerobics, or Hamlet. Read some comments from teachers and students about their OUTREACH visits. There is no charge to schools for OUTREACH visits. To request an OUTREACH visit, use the online form. |
