Corrina's Family

My host family consisted of a mother, father, and one of their two daughters. The mother was a schoolteacher; the father worked doing construction and the daughter was a sixteen-year-old student. The family had another daughter who was studying abroad in Denmark.

They lived in a lovely flat, or apartment. It had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. The family made very good use of the space they had and everything had its place. Galina, the mother, cooked lots and lots of tasty foods for us to eat. The family was very welcoming to their new American guest.
