Important Dates and Deadlines

The application submission deadlines used in the Chemistry Department supersede those posted on the NCSU graduate school website, so please follow the deadlines below.

Domestic

Fall Semester: All application materials should be received by January 15. The Graduate School’s application deadline for Fall admission is June 25, but meeting the January 15 deadline will greatly increase your chances of receiving admission and financial assistantship.

Spring Semester: All application materials should be received by August 15. The Graduate School’s application deadline for Spring admission is November 25, but meeting the August 15 deadline will greatly increase your chances of receiving admission and financial assistantship.

International

Fall Semester: All application materials should be received by December 15. The Graduate School’s application deadline for Fall admission is June 25, but meeting the December 15 deadline will greatly increase your chances of receiving admission and financial assistantship.

Spring Semester: All application materials should be received by May 15. The Graduate School’s application deadline for Spring admission is November 25, but meeting the May 15 deadline will greatly increase your chances of receiving admission and financial assistantship.
