The Axioplan 2 is an upright stage fluorescent microscope, which is equipped with
two digital cameras, Hamamatsu ORCA-ER and Zeiss Axiocam HRc. It is normally configured
with the following objectives: 20X; 40X; 100X-oil; 50X-ref, and 100X-ref. The following
standard filter sets DAPI, FITC, Rhodamine are available for use. This instrument is
used most often for reflection, routine sample, and fluorescent measurements.
