ClassTech staff regularly evaluates its performance using a variety of metrics, including a user survey conducted at the end of the semester. The results of this feedback help us improve the services we provide and make sure the rooms have equipment and support that meet instructors' needs.

In addition, this research is used as part of the University's ongoing LITRE assessment process to evaluate what impact technology is having on teaching and learning.
