"What do you feel is an appropriate response time?"

 Depends on issue
 
Response time should depend on the problem
 
 I know 5 min is very fast but when you're in the middle of a 50 min class and something doesn't work you need help ASAP
 
 But the equipment has proven to be highly reliable.
 5 mins for computer or projector 10 mins for printer
 Never had a serious failure or problem (other than a vhs tape getting stuck!)
 depends on time and problem
 Immediately
 It depends on the problem; no access is a big problem; noisy Audio not urgent
 for many problems between classes is fine. 
 Immediate if critical
