For Fiber Arts classes and studio use, participants must be age 14 or older. All weaving and spinning wheel classes include a pass for access to the fiber studio for the current semester. The studio is available for use without taking a class. More information>
Cancellations: For a refund, the Crafts Center staff must be notified of a cancellation at least 7 days before the class or workshop begins; $10 is non-refundable. If the class or workshop is cancelled by the Crafts Center, you will receive a full refund.
Absences: To receive the best experience and get the most out of your class, attendance at all classes is important as there are no provisions for make-up sessions for missed classes.

WEAVING ON A FLOOR LOOM 
Instructor: Shelly King
Learn to weave! Wind a warp, dress your loom, and weave it off. Beginners to the craft will explore twill patterns and other weaving techniques before completing a woven scarf. For continuing students, it would be helpful to have your project planned before the first class. Class fee includes use of the looms through the end of the semester. BASKET WEAVING
Instructor: Barbara McGeachy
No experience required. Weave three functional baskets in this class. Each basket will focus on a different technique: flat reed, round reed, and Appalachian-style rib basket. Suitable for all skill levels.
A materials fee of $45 payable to instructor at first class includes supplies for three baskets and the use of tools
