Application Procedure
Graduate students in mathematics, applied mathematics, engineering, statistics or operations research can be nominated for this program through a letter of recommendation from a faculty member. Letters of recommendation should be sent to:

In addition, the student is required to send a copy of a recent transcript, and fill out and submit the form below.
Applications should be completed April 15, 2008. The Workshop will provide extensive financial support to all selected students (local living expenses and allocation for travel).
