Set Attainable Goals
The strength of your motivation is directly tied to you expected probability of success.
It's human nature to want things quickly.
Goals are a step ladder to reach the desired outcome.
“Have realistic expectations and set attainable goals. Reaching intermittent, moderate goals is certainly more rewarding and enjoyable than floundering amid unrealistic expectations.” * Leonard Finkel

He should sweep the streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.” * Martin Luther King, Jr.
