“Being involved in leadership training and education is crucial to your success at NC State
and beyond. Being
involved in a program like “Leadership In Action” will assist you in
gaining clarity about who you are as well
as what you want to do with your life. This is
extremely important to employers and recruiters, as they desire
candidates who know
their leadership strengths, weaknesses and interests. Important information should they choose to hire you!”
