Service-Leadership Consultants

What is a Service-Leadership Consultant?

The Service-Leadership Consultants (SLC's) were created in the spring of 1999 and are a registered student organization. The SLC's are a group of students who first and foremost serve as ambassadors for the Center for Student Leadership, Ethics & Public Service. These students should embody the mission, vision and values that CSLEPS stands for and represent the Center with their actions.

SLC's are trained facilitators for Group Dynamic & Team Building and Development, present some of Leadership Development Series workshops, and plan and implement service programs, which are offered through the Center. As consultants, they are trained to offer one-on-one guidance for students who are seeking ways to enhance their leadership skills or service experiences. SLC's actively promote all CSLEPS events through their presence at information fairs, seminars, service events and conferences.

Applications are now being accepted.
