The Women In Leadership Development (WILD) Conference takes place each fall and is designed to give women students the opportunity to explore and strengthen their leadership skills while celebrating the unique abilities they have as women. We want to foster a supportive environment in which to explore the challenges women leaders encounter and to teach knowledge, skills and wisdom that participants will find helpful in reaching their full potential. Take time to learn, time to reflect, time to energize, time to be WILD!

Meet women from 7 different colleges and universities and explore the challenges women leaders encounter while learning skills helpful in reaching your full potential. The Fall 2008 conference will be sponsored by Peace College. Participating colleges in the past have been: Duke University, UNC - Chapel Hill, NC Central, NC State, Meredith College, St. Augustine University, and Peace College.
