| Description: |
Volunteers are needed to sort food at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina Raleigh warehouse. Volunteers inspect and categorize donated food products, label food packages and repackage food items donated by individuals and food companies.
Office Assistants - Volunteers needed to answer phone, assemble mailings, or do various research. Minimum commitment: 2 hours per week
Agency Site Visits - Volunteers needed to visit partner agencies. Minimum commitment: 2 visits a month
Special Events - Represent the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina at various food drives and fundraisers.
Special Skills - Do you have other skills or experience to share with us? Please let us know your area of interest and time availability. New volunteers are always welcome!
Groups must be scheduled in advance. Please feel free to inquire about the availability of dates or times that would be convenient for your group. |
