Description: This session is focused on the development of individuals as both leaders and followers. Assigned to small groups, individuals will be selected to lead their groups to develop and execute a solution to the assigned problem. The problems will involve light physical activity and will draw heavily on the leader/group's abilities to examine available resources and develop and execute a plan. Group members will be evaluated on their actions as a follower: leaders on their actions as a leader. Each ten-minute problem-solving period is followed by a short discussion of the lessons learned from the period. Expect frank discussions about leader and follower actions during each period.
