Lab Rental Form

Please fill out the following form to request the use of one of our computer labs. The Computer Training Unit staff will contact you after they receive this form to confirm that the date(s) requested are available. Lab rental fees do not include lunch or break service, but can be provided upon request.

All labs are equipped with the following:

Up to 15 computers (1.7 - 2.0 GHz Celeron Processors. Minimum 256 MB RAM (most have 512 MB).
Additional computer stations are available at $100.00 per station/per day.
Windows 2000 Professional with Office 2000 and XP
Multiple web browsers preloaded
High speed Internet (full 100 Mb access)
High speed wireless Internet
Multiple white boards
Projector
Blank floppy disks
2 hours of setup and technical support is included. Additional support is available at $200.00 per hour.

If custom software is to be loaded, please provide a copy (with all serial numbers/access codes and any required setup information) to the Computer Training Unit office no less than 5 business days before class.
