Lab Rental Form

Please fill out the following form to request the use of one of our computer labs. The Computer Training Unit staff will contact you after they receive this form to confirm that the date(s) requested are available. Lab rental fees do not include lunch or break service, but can be provided upon request.

All labs are equipped with the following:

Up to 15 computers (3.0 GHz P4 Processors. Minimum 1 GB RAM).
Additional computer stations are available at $100.00 per station/per day.
Windows XP Professional with Office 2003 & 2007
Multiple web browsers preloaded
High speed Internet (full 100 Mb access)
High speed wireless Internet
Multiple white boards
Projector
Blank floppy disks
2 hours of setup and technical support is included. Additional support is available at $200 per hour.
Lab space is available from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Renters must vacate lab by 5:00 p.m.

If custom software is to be loaded, please provide a copy (with all serial numbers/access codes and any required setup information) to the Computer Training Unit office no less than 5 business days before class.

Cancellation by the Contractor of a lab rental fourteen (14) days or less in writing via fax or other service, before the scheduled date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event fee.
