The NC State Golf Course, Research and Training Facility, and Clubhouse will cover approximately 200 acres and be positioned on the southernmost portion of Centennial Campus, easily accessible from Interstate 40. These facilities will support the academic and athletic needs of the university, and will also benefit the community by providing a beautiful public golf course and creating an environmentally-friendly neighbor for the area.

The Arnold Palmer Signature Course will be an 18-hole, 6,915-yard, par 71 public course, with practice range and green.
