Faculty and Staff Diversity

The Office for Diversity and African American Affairs has several objectives with respect to Faculty and Staff Diversity. The overarching goals are threefold:

Create a welcoming and inclusive working environment for all faculty and staff.
Increase the number of faculty from historically underrepresented groups to achieve a critical mass and better serve our diverse student population.
