Peer Mentor Program: The Peer Mentor Program targets first-year African American, Native American and Hispanic students. The primary objective of the program is to contribute to the advancement of first-year students by aiding in their academic, emotional and social adjustments to college. All mentors serves in a voluntary capacity to 1 to 3 first year students. Gifts to the Peer Mentor Program support the following programs: Mentor/Mentee meet and greet activities, mentor training activities, spring banquet, student mentor recruitment and incentives. Total gifts solicited: $8,000
