Assistive Technology Lab
The DSO has an AT lab that has been stocked with cutting-edge technology, including the examples listed above plus many, many more. The lab is open when our office is open. You may also visit the lab during its Summer 2011 drop-in hours Wednesdays from 1 to 4, with the exceptions of official University holidays and closings, when classes are not in session, and when the lab is closed for final exams. During the drop-in hours, students may receive assistance and training in the use of AT. If you are a DSO student, and would like an AT consultation, need to use the AT Lab during the exam period or when classes are not in session, you may do so by appointment, please email disability@ncsu.edu or contact the DSO to set up an appointment.
