Parking Information

The parking lot adjacent to the Student Health Center (Central Campus Lot) is a "C" (employee) Permit lot. A small number of spaces in the first row of parking to your left as you enter the lot are available for DSO faculty, staff, and students to use. Due to a limited number, these spaces are available only for persons who have difficulty with mobility and travel.

If you are a person who has difficulty with mobility and travel, park in the "Reserved Health Center Patients" spaces in the Central Campus Lot and come into the DSO to get a hangtag. We will issue a tag for the allotted time of stay. Hang the tag from your rearview mirror and return to the DSO. If the lot is full, obtain a hangtag and park in the Dan Allen Deck.

Accessible spaces are available for "C" Permit Holders in the Central Campus Lot and in front of the Student Health Center. If you have an NC State Accessible Parking Permit but do not have a "C" Permit, you may park in the accessible parking spaces in the lot and obtain a hangtag from the DSO. All other students should park in their designated permit lots, at a park and ride, at an activated pay meter, or in an hourly lot.

Visitors
If you are an NC State visitor who has a state-issued accessible parking placard/plate, park in the Central Campus Lot adjacent to the Student Health Center with either an additional visitor parking permit ($2 per day) obtained from the Visitor Information Center located on Stinson Drive (drive through) or an additional Student Health Center hangtag obtained from the DSO front desk (park, come in, and return to place tag in your vehicle).

If you are a visitor who has difficulty with mobility and travel but you do not have a state-issued placard/plate, park in the Central Campus Lot with a Student Health Center hangtag obtained from the DSO front desk (park, come in, and return to place tag in your vehicle).
Other visitors should follow the regular visitor parking procedures.

Vendors
Vendors can park in the Central Campus Lot with a Student Health Center vendor hangtag obtained from the DSO front desk (park, come in, and return to place tag in your vehicle).
