By selecting the "Current Plan" link located at the top of the COVER SHEET the PI can view and print a "PDF" version of your last fully approved Safety Plan.  Modification which have not been reviewed and approved by the safety officer will not be included!

A copy of this Plan must be maintained in your laboratory space, along with a printed copy of the Safety in Academic Chemistry Laboratories.
