The Hazard and PPE page is a separate process which lists all the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Hazards associated with the procedures / processes carried out in the laboratory spaces. Hazards and PPE may also be listed separately within each process.

Comments from the Safety Plan Manager will be displayed in Red, along with the approval date. If no date is shown the process modifications have not been approved and may be waiting for your update and submittal.

To edit the Page select "--EDIT PAGE--" link from the menu. 

Select the entry you wish to edit or select "--Add--"  for the appropriate section to add a new entry.

 

You may "update", "delete", or "return with no changes".

 

Any time modifications are made to the Safety Plan the PI must go to the Final Signature page to certify and submit his requested modifications! ONLY AT THIS TIME is the Safety Manager alerted to the modifications requested to the plan. This allows the PI to make multiple changes prior to submission.
