Target Chemical List is a list of specific chemicals of concern used throughout campus locations.  This checklist is used to determine the location and use of these chemicals plus provide a means of communication regarding safety issues associated with its use.
Select all chemicals on the list that are used in your area. Click the “Submit Selected for Plan” button.
NOTE: This checklist is always in "EDIT MODE", meaning any modifications to this list once saved will require the user to sign and submit the safety plan for approval.

Any time modifications are made to the Safety Plan, the PI must go to the Final Signature page to “Sign” and submit the requested modifications! The EHS Program Manager is alerted of the modifications requested to the plan, review the material and issue approvals.
