NCSU Energy Management - Energy Costs
Due to increasing energy prices and a growing campus, the Total Expenditures for utilities has increased dramatically over the past few years. The cost per fall term enrolled student and cost per gross square foot have steadily increased since 2002-03.

- 2003-2004: $20.9 Million
- 2004-2005: $24.1 Million
- 2005-2006: $29.4 Million
- 2006-2007: $28.5 Million
