Selected Facts

The DSO knows that when prospective college students consider applying to an institution of higher learning, they examine a variety of facts about the institution including size, cost, location, academic programs, etc. Many applicants also visit campuses to see the classroom buildings, libraries, residence halls, and other facilities. These facts appear on many pamphlets, catalogs, and web pages to entice students to apply; however, some potential students need to go beyond these kinds of facts to find out if particular institutions are well-suited to meet their individual concerns. The following is an attempt to provide students, parents, and professionals with updated and useful information that might help answer the following question: is NC State the right place for me?
